Traveling Gleaner

As Yisun is a gleaner, any time she is not in Sharlayan, she is travelling Eorzea, typically on assignment from the Noumenon, Studium, or the Psysis Technon.She is not afraid to ask for help, and is often in need of an escort or guide to ensure she reaches the more dangerous or remote locales.

During her studies, Yisun elected to study alchemy and medicine. She believes firmly in helping others when she can, and will always use her knowledge for anyone in need.

Do No Harm

Yisun's firm pacifism stems not only from a moral standpoint but from a necessary one; when faced by the threat of violence, she shuts down.As a result, she has difficulty defending herself and takes great pains to avoid conflict.

Yisun recently graduated from the Studium, where she studied for much of her life. She is always happy to meet old classmates, professors, or other familiar faces.

While Yisun may have left home, that does not mean she does not still love it. She misses her childhood friends deeply, and should she meet a fellow Kha out on the road, would be overjoyed.

history

As a baby, Yisun was found by the Kha tribe, abandoned just outside their encampment. Unsure where she came from, they adopted her as one of their own. Growing up, she spent much of her time at the heels of the older children, insisting on keeping up with their games.When she was five, the Kha tribe was visited by a traveling gleaner, who gave the children a demonstration of arcanism. Yisun fell in love with the carbuncles and begged to be taught. Before moving on, the gleaner gifted her an old grimoire and taught her how to summon a topaz carbuncle; she took to it like a fish to water and was soon seen trotting around the Kha camp with her little carbuncle, who she named Buuz.[Still under Construction.]
